Tickets and Packages

Everyone must have an admission ticket to enter the ballroom.
REGISTRATION
Payment in full must accompany all orders. All sales are final. In case of cancellations, credit may be applied to the 2009 Yuletide Ball Championships at the Organizer's discretion. Tickets, programs and package materials will be available for pick-up at the YTB Hospitality Desk outside the Grand Ballroom, 1 PM on Wednesday, December 31st. All orders MUST be accompanied by a Package and Ticket Order Form along with payment in full. All items will then need to be mailed to the following address:

Hotel accommodations are not included in packages. Make hotel reservations directly with the JW Marriott Hotel at either (800)228-9290 or (202)393-2000. Mention the Yuletide Ball Championships to receive our discounted rate of $132 + tax per night. This price is guaranteed until 12/17/08. Reservations received after that date are subject to the current rate and availability.

Collegiate and Junior Events
Full time Academic Students admitted free to amateur events in which they compete. All students must show valid school ID when picking up admission tickets. Juniors are admitted free to sessions in which they compete; Accompanying parents/guardians $5.
